COVID-19 Graduation Update

The situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been and continues to change rapidly. In response to government advice regarding social distancing measures, Melbourne Institute of Technology (MITs) has cancelled it 2020 Graduation Ceremony (i.e.: there will be no physical or virtual graduation ceremony).

This decision was not made lightly and we understand how disappointing this decision is for our students and their families. We apologise for any inconvenience and seek your understanding as this decision was made to protect the health and safety of our graduates, staff and our community are our priority.

Although the graduation ceremony has been cancelled, students are able to Graduate in Absentia, meaning your degree will be conferred by MITs Academic Board.
